Welcome to AL-QADS Services. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, booking services, transportation services, car rental services, tours, activities, and other travel-related services provided by us. By accessing our website or making a booking with AL-QADS Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

AL-QADS Services provides travel and transportation-related services in Langkawi, Malaysia, including but not limited to:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel transfers
  • Private transportation
  • Car rental
  • Tours and sightseeing
  • Activities and attraction bookings
  • Customized travel arrangements
  • Other related travel services

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once:

  • The required booking information has been submitted;
  • Payment or deposit has been received where applicable; and
  • A booking confirmation has been issued by AL-QADS Services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided is accurate, including:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Email address
  • Travel date
  • Flight information
  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location
  • Number of passengers
  • Selected vehicle or package

AL-QADS Services will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are normally shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Travel date
  • Vehicle type
  • Number of passengers
  • Pickup and drop-off location
  • Peak season
  • Public holidays
  • Tour availability
  • Special requests
  • Additional waiting time
  • Additional services

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Once a booking has been confirmed and fully paid, the confirmed price will normally remain unchanged unless the customer requests changes to the booking.

4. Payment

Customers may be required to make:

  • Full payment; or
  • A booking deposit

depending on the selected service. Accepted payment methods may include online payment, bank transfer, payment gateway, cash, or other methods offered by AL-QADS Services. Any banking, payment gateway, currency conversion, or international transaction fees may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated. A booking may remain unconfirmed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation eligibility depends on the type of service booked. Unless otherwise stated on the booking page:

Cancellation more than 48 hours before service

Customers may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative or payment processing fees.

Cancellation within 24–48 hours

A partial cancellation fee may apply.

Cancellation less than 24 hours before service

The booking may be treated as non-refundable.

No-show

Customers who fail to appear at the agreed pickup location or meeting point without prior notice may be considered a no-show, and no refund may be provided. Certain activities, attraction tickets, promotional packages, or third-party bookings may be strictly non-refundable. Any specific cancellation terms displayed during booking will take priority over this general policy.

6. Airport Transfer

Customers using our airport transfer services should provide accurate flight information when making a booking. For airport pickups, our team may monitor the customer’s flight arrival time where possible. Reasonable waiting time may be included. Additional waiting charges may apply if delays are caused by circumstances unrelated to the flight, including:

  • Immigration delays
  • Lost baggage
  • Shopping or dining
  • Customer arriving late at the pickup point
  • Failure to contact the driver

Customers should contact us immediately if they experience unexpected delays.

7. Pickup & Drop-Off

Customers must be ready at the agreed pickup location and time. AL-QADS Services will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Traffic
  • Road closures
  • Weather
  • Accidents
  • Government restrictions
  • Vehicle issues
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Customers are encouraged to allow sufficient travel time, especially when travelling to Langkawi International Airport. AL-QADS Services will not be responsible for missed flights caused by insufficient travel time chosen by the customer.

8. Vehicle Allocation

Vehicle images displayed on the website are for reference purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the selected vehicle or an equivalent category. If the booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical problems, emergencies, or operational reasons, we may provide another vehicle with similar or higher capacity.

9. Passenger & Luggage Capacity

Customers are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and amount of luggage. The driver may refuse to carry passengers or luggage exceeding the legal or safe capacity of the vehicle. Additional vehicles may be required at the customer’s expense.

10. Child Passengers

Customers travelling with infants or children should inform us during booking.

Child seats may be available upon request and may be subject to:

  • Availability
  • Additional charges
  • Vehicle compatibility

Parents or guardians remain responsible for supervising children throughout the journey.

11. Car Rental

Customers renting a vehicle may be required to provide:

  • Valid driving licence
  • Passport or identification document
  • Contact information
  • Security deposit
  • Other supporting documents

The driver must possess a valid licence accepted for driving in Malaysia. Customers are responsible for the rented vehicle during the rental period. The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Racing
  • Dangerous driving
  • Commercial transport without approval
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Activities that violate Malaysian law

Additional rental terms may apply and may be provided separately at the time of vehicle collection.

12. Vehicle Damage

Customers may be responsible for damage to rental vehicles caused by:

  • Negligence
  • Reckless driving
  • Misuse
  • Unauthorized drivers
  • Violation of rental terms

Insurance coverage, excess amounts, deposits and liability may vary depending on the vehicle and rental arrangement.

Customers should inspect the vehicle before accepting it.

13. Fuel Policy

The applicable fuel policy will be explained at the time of rental. Customers may be required to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as provided. Additional fuel charges may apply if the vehicle is returned with insufficient fuel.

14. Tours & Activities

Tours and activities may depend on:

  • Weather conditions
  • Sea conditions
  • Minimum participant requirements
  • Attraction operating hours
  • Government regulations
  • Safety considerations
  • Availability

Schedules and itineraries may change for safety or operational reasons.

If an activity cannot operate, AL-QADS Services may offer:

  • A new date
  • An alternative activity
  • Credit
  • Refund

depending on the circumstances and the supplier’s policy.

15. Third-Party Services

Some services offered through our website may be provided by third-party operators, including:

  • Boat operators
  • Attraction operators
  • Activity providers
  • Hotels
  • Transport operators
  • Ticket providers

AL-QADS Services may act as a booking facilitator for these services. Third-party providers may have their own Terms & Conditions, cancellation policies and safety requirements.

16. Weather Conditions

Langkawi tours and activities may be affected by weather or sea conditions. Safety will always take priority. AL-QADS Services and its service partners reserve the right to delay, modify or cancel an activity if conditions are considered unsafe.

17. Customer Conduct

Customers must behave respectfully toward:

  • Drivers
  • Staff
  • Tour guides
  • Other passengers
  • Service providers

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for customers who:

  • Behave violently or abusively
  • Threaten staff
  • Damage property
  • Engage in illegal activity
  • Endanger other passengers
  • Refuse to follow safety instructions

No refund may be provided where service is terminated due to inappropriate customer behaviour.

18. Smoking, Alcohol & Illegal Substances

Smoking or vaping inside vehicles may be prohibited. The possession or use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited. Cleaning fees or damage charges may apply if customers damage or excessively soil a vehicle.

19. Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.

AL-QADS Services will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items left in:

  • Vehicles
  • Boats
  • Tour locations
  • Attractions
  • Hotels
  • Public areas

Customers should contact us immediately if an item is believed to have been left in one of our vehicles. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with recovery.

20. Travel Insurance

Customers are encouraged to obtain appropriate travel insurance covering:

  • Medical emergencies
  • Accidents
  • Trip cancellation
  • Personal belongings
  • Activity participation

Participation in tours and activities is at the customer’s own risk, subject to applicable law.

21. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate. However, photographs, descriptions, itineraries, prices and availability may change. Some images may be used for illustration and may not represent the exact vehicle, room, attraction or activity provided.

22. Website Availability

We do not guarantee that our website will always be available without interruption.

The website may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Server issues
  • Technical problems
  • Internet outages
  • Security updates

23. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AL-QADS Services shall not be responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Flight delays or cancellations

  • Traffic disruption
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Attraction closures
  • Third-party service failures

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under Malaysian law.

24. Force Majeure

AL-QADS Services will not be liable for failure or delay in providing services caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • Flood
  • Storm
  • Natural disaster
  • Epidemic or pandemic
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Government order
  • Transport disruption
  • Major technical failure

Where possible, we will work with customers to provide an alternative arrangement.

25. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website or booking system will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be used to:

27. Changes to These Terms

AL-QADS Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated version will be published on this website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

28. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of MalaysiaAny dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia unless otherwise required by applicable law.
